Our basic services include a quick 10-15-minute
round-the-block relief break, or a 30- to 60-minute walk in the park. We also offer 30-minute visits to one of the
areas dog parks, as well as emergency relief breaks in the
evening when you can't get home in time (weekends upon availability).

Health and Safety
On our first visit, you
will be asked to fill out a health record and veterinarian release for your dog. We will require proof of up-to-date
vaccinations for Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordatella.
Each dog must have a secure collar or harness, and an

Dogs will only be allowed off-leash while inside a dog park,
even during hours in which park rules allow dogs off-leash.
Both reservations and cancellations should be made at least
24 hours in advance, and by Thursday at 9:00 p.m. for weekend walks. For our regular customers on the Upper West Side, we will also do emergency relief walks
on weekday evenings (weekends upon availability) if called no later than 9:00

Payment is due in advance of services, on Friday before the following
week's service, or by the first of the month for monthly services. Payment may be made in cash, by check, or by
credit card via Paypal. A $30 fee will
be required for all returned checks.
We request two copies of keys to your apartment, unless keys
can be left with your doorman.
We carry paw wipes with us to wipe off any mud, but please
be sure to leave an old towel by the door available for rainy days. We will fill your dog's water bowl before we
leave. Be sure to let us know if your
dog should be confined in any given area/room, or given free run of your
